There is no difference between shredded chicken and pulled chicken; the terms are interchangeable.
Pulled chicken is very popular in sandwiches, soups, pizzas, tacos, enchiladas, lasagna and salads.
The best side dishes to serve with smoked chicken are any type of potato, any grilled vegetable, coleslaw, baked beans, brown rice. In a taco shell or fresh bun. Don’t forget the BBQ sauce.
To gently warm your smoked chicken, preheat your oven to 325°F. Place chicken in a roasting pan and add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover tightly with foil and heat for approximately 15 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 120°F.
