Nutritional Information is based on our current data. However, because our products are all handcrafted in small batches, the data may change from time to time. Fresh ingredients are sourced locally as possible.
Estimate about 3-4 oz per person if serving on a fresh bun. If it’s paired with other mains, estimate 2-3 oz.
Pulled Pork is an easy favourite at parties. Having a buffet with fresh buns of your choice, coleslaw and side dish of corn on the cob or potato salad.
When reheating or having your pulled pork out for a few hours, store it in a crockpot set to the lowest temperature to retain all juices. You can add your favourite BBQ sauce, or spray chicken broth or apple juice on the meat to prevent it from losing more moisture in the crockpot.
