Our Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork and Smoked Pulled Chicken makes a delicious meal or side dish for any occasion. We use a unique of blend of herbs and spices rubbed into the meat, and the smoking results in tender and juicy smoked meats.

Our meats are sourced from local farms that have pasture-raised Chickens and grass-fed Beef and Berkshire Pork. We smoke our meat products for 4 hours at a low temperature, then wrap and cook for upto 6 more hours using a special blend wood chip for wonderful flavour.
