SFMTY has happily evolved in the 6 years since Chef Liz started offering her Mom’s delicious nutritious Soup, and we look forward to sharing meals and experiences in 2025.
As with all products and businesses, SFMTY has added, tweaked, and removed products from our store. But what has always been our mantra is the integrity of natural, no GMO, no additives, gluten-free, local and farm sources ingredients – Soups, Chili, Sides, Broth, Smoked Foods. and Rendered Fat Products made in our small batch kitchen.
We have always featured Vegetarian Soups, Chilli, and sides, and in the last few years responded to your requests for Broths and Rendered Fats. It has been busy prepping, cooking and tasting in our kitchens. And of course, meeting with customers at many Markets and Expos.
An Update About Smoked Foods
SFMTY will be discontinuing Smoked Foods in January 2025. The Smoked Foods Prep Chef, Richard, Liz’s husband, started his own business “The Weekend Carpenter”. Now, he is not only a Carpenter and Contractor on the weekends, but the other days of the week as well!
Smoked Foods are still available, but only in pre-ordered, large bulk quantities: minimum 5 lbs. SFMTY has to issue a “work order”’” to the Weekend Carpenter to get it done.
