After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Smoked Foods line, which includes Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, and Smoked Pulled Chicken, effective January 2025.
This decision comes as a result of changes in our team. Our Smoked Foods Prep Chef, Richard (Liz’s husband), has launched his own business, The Weekend Carpenter, and is now working full-time as a Carpenter and Contractor. While we are excited for Richard’s new venture, it means he can no longer continue with the day-to-day preparation of our Smoked Foods.
However, we are still offering Smoked Foods, but only in pre-ordered, large bulk quantities (minimum 5 lbs.). For these special orders, SFMTY will need to issue a “work order” to The Weekend Carpenter to get it done.
Our Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork and Smoked Pulled Chicken makes a delicious meal or side dish for any occasion. We use a unique of blend of herbs and spices rubbed into the meat, and the smoking results in tender and juicy smoked meats.
Our meats are sourced from local farms that have pasture-raised Chickens and grass-fed Beef and Berkshire Pork. We smoke our meat products for 4 hours at a low temperature, then wrap and cook for upto 6 more hours using a special blend wood chip for wonderful flavour.
