Smoked Beef Brisket

The secret to our tender Smoked Beef Brisket? We smoke it for 4 hours, then wrap and cook for 4 to 6 more hours. We use a special blend of wood chips that add a unique flavour you’ll crave!

How To Warm Up

To warm up and prepare our Smoked Products, always thaw before heating. There are many traditional methods of heating; oven, skillet, microwave, crock pot – please see Soups From Me To You Website for more info.

Lock-In the Juices

To help keep everything moist, place in a BBQ or grill-approved heat-proof covered dish. Then add 1/3 to 1/4 Cup of liquid such as BBQ Sauce, Broth, Stock etc. For Polish Sauerkraut, heating up with some water is best.
