Soups From Me To You is committed to providing our customers with quality products every time. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For products that have a quality issue, you have within 30 days of receipt of your products to notify us by emailing to info@soupsfrommetoyou.com of the issue with a picture of your product. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts plus applicable taxes, will be subtracted from the refund.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. If you are returning an order due to a mistake we made (e.g. an incorrect item), we will pay for return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. To make a return, customers must obtain a return approval by emailing info@soupsfrommetoyou.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
